AI is moving fast. Most of the noise won't matter to your business. This community is for MSPs and IT pros figuring out what actually works with AI in Microsoft 365. Secure and actually creating ROI for a business. Not hype. Before you post, gut-check it: - Anchored in Microsoft 365 - Secure by default - Actually adopted and showcases business improvement Your first 10 minutes: 1. Introduce yourself — what you run, your size, the one AI-in-M365 thing you're stuck on or trying to accomplish 2. Reply to one other intro. 3. Check out the Classroom tab for a list of curated content! 4. Think of another user who might benefit from this group and send them an invite link

@Simon Budden I'm currently working on a method whereby I would use an API connection from within the Microsoft tenant via an agent harness (probably OpenCLaw), but hosted by the client on their own server (possibly inside Azure). Remains to be seen. With the file structure setting inside of SharePoint. I built the proof of concept but I mistakenly used another harness and it just isn't good enough.

@Simon Budden I forgot to say that I'm sure I saw someone else post on the community recently about building something inside of Microsoft 365 using Microsoft Foundry. I'd say if you search for that term you might find the post.
Set up Claude SSO with Entra
One of the best, first things you can do to secure Claude in an organization is to set up a business account and then getting it connected for SSO with Entra ID. This not only gates access controls, but it also restricts users from creating personal accounts with their work email. NOT TO MENTION, it is then tied into your conditional access policies for heighted security and potentially dynamic restrictions based on user risk. How are you securing Claude today?

like many, Nick, we're not securing it properly at all. We are really in the position of informing our clients that they are doing it wrong and asking to be allowed to do it right, which is difficult to get engagement on.
