I released walking for my Masters this fall so we could get two "new to us" cars next month. Today I received an email about registering to walk. I decided to check out where they landed for fall graduation and let me tell you about my God...IT'S IN PHILLY!!!! We are a family of 5...WHHAAATTTTT!!!! He is Sooo SOOO GOOD! I am grateful for my hearts desire ( I didn't walk for my BS ) being His will. Side note - Sorry I have been MIA, might be that way for 3 more weeks. Finish line T minus - 20 days

Day 15 The way I recognized my Yes versus my No was... I recently restarted a GLP1. One that turned my entire system upside down. Unfortunately, to get on the one I want and that provided serious results ( I was provided samples), I have to take Brand A. So my yes is I am listening to my body. If I can only manage protein smoothies or a few crackers, that is it. I am not forcing myself to eat and make myself even more sick, I am not forcing all the other meds either. Everything in slow progression. My no is to anything that makes me feel worse and yes to be mindful and strategic about how I manage this new round.

Still here and still going Day 16 When I expressed something I usually hold back, I felt free. For to long, I hold my tongue and absorb whatever it is or vent with family and friends. Now I am learning to speak my mind respectfully. For example: I plainly told my mother in law my daughter is not coming to FL and simply said goodbye after my piece and waited till she hung up. LOL

Hey, Beautiful! Introduce yourself.
πŸŒΉβ€œA circle of women may just be the most powerful force known to humanity. If you have one, embrace it. If you need one, seek it. If you find one, for the love of all that is good and holy, dive in. Hold on... The very fabric of your being will be altered by this, if you allow it.” ~ Jeanette LeBlanc 🌹 ~~~ Introduce yourself by answering these (very short) questions: πŸ‘‹ What should we call you here? (Nickname?) From where in the world are you joining? 🌍 🌹 What are you hoping to discover in or receive from this community?

@Maria Petrucci, DC I hope we get to see you in our HoCo Therapeutics or Special Olympics community as well. Welcome to Elkridge. We are in Laurel and have a 27 yr old daughter with DiGeorge or VCFS - some people know one or the other.
What they said was missing
I conducted a series of research interviews, which included the question, "If you have already explored ways to develop your inner leadership [coaching, therapy, meditation, professional programs], has anything been missing from those experiences?" After transcribing the responses, I noticed what was mentioned consistently and figured out how to make sure I offered it: - Real-time feedback; - A way to practice what was taught, - Ongoing group support. The women who were experienced the Beta cohort said: 🌹"Now I give myself a beat. I wait before I answer something so I can make sure I'm really hearing my inner voice." ~ D.L., Fall 2025 🌹"People always say I look calm, but my brain goes a mile a minute. So I've begun to practice, just playing with the tools we learned. Intuition is my knowing without over-thinking too much." ~ M.P., Spring 2026 🌹"It's a 'I can't not' feeling. My yes is so quick and I turn towards it that there wasn't even a chance to not." ~ P. D. Want to know more? I made an ABOUT "Intuitive Transformation" to answer your questions
