Monthly Call & This Weekend!
Hi ladies! Happy Friday! Someone had messaged me today asking about the monthly call that happened on Wednesday. I had logged in and waited, but seems the Skool link in the calendar didn't work and I didn't even realize! I've rescheduled the call to Tuesday, November 25 at 8pm. This new meeting will be a google meet instead- the link is in the calendar! *Please comment below if you'll be there! This will help me plan to see if we are a 'go' or if we should schedule for early December since the week of Thanksgiving can be crazy!! I'm also adding a poll to vote for your preference- I want to be sure I'm able to reach everyone, so let me know what you prefer! Happy FRIYAY! 📣 Tomorrow is our very last day of our November challenge! Everything will end at 5pm tomorrow. I’ll announce a winner either Sunday or Monday. We are away this weekend for an event, so my communication may be a bit slower. Today, you can also expect this week’s recipe and a few nutrition tips and tricks!

Weekly Recipe!
This is something you can make so many variations of! Also definitely a win if you're someone who prefers to meal prep. I would suggest batch prepping this meal- cook and store the quinoa, the turkey, and the veggies, and then when you're packing your lunch, that's when you'd combine them all. I feel like this keeps it fresher! Ground turkey is a great alternative to beef (although red meat is still important) every now and then because there's less saturated fat (making your heart happy)! As always, this recipe will be posted in the classroom under "Recipes." Let me know if you try it out!

Can I substitute with ground chicken? there is something about the taste and texture of ground turkey I just cant do it lol
