My name is David Medansky, the Founder of the LIFE 42 Health Reset Community. I am known as the Health Guy because I love being the example for living a healthy life. I got my wake up call in July 2016 at age 61. Being 50 pounds overweight, and having a poor diet, my doctor told me I had a 95% chance for a fatal heart attack. During the next four months I shed 50 pounds and have kept it off. In June 2022 at age 67 I hiked up Mt. Kilimanjaro. LIFE 42 is built on a simple but uncommon truth: health is not something you can buy, outsource, or download. It is a result. A result of your daily choices.
