I have been experimenting with the power of Alexa and smart-routines! She dims my lights at 8:30 and shouts a reminder to take my DREAM lozenges before cutting my lights all together at 9:00 PM. It feels as though I am slowly conditioning my brain waves to be more conducive to sleep this way. If you have any Alexa suggestions for smart routines, please don't be shy and share! This is my first smart home device and I feel like it can be leveraged to my advantage better.

Did not get my usual gallon/day over the weekend and I am feeling it today! Crazy how important the little things are at just feeling normal. To-Do to be Ta-Da!!: Every day - 10 minutes of meditation - I really struggle being consistent with this one. I follow some guided breathing on youtube Get the heart rate up in the morning - Sauna if the body cannot lift the weight! (I am usually pretty good about getting the workout in in the morning. It is important to remember that recovery is one of the most critical parts of growth and those days where you KNOW it needs to be a rest day... there are other options where you can recover and be active at the same time) READ MORE - I have sooooooo many books that I have been dying to get to but also seem to always choose TV when I get my chance. I want to read at least 10 pages or a chapter down and slowly work through my bookshelf. Bonus motivation here: I have heard that if you read 10 + pages a day on any given subject you could become an expert in a matter of years. Hypothetical Scenario: - Say you're reading about a moderately complex subject, like digital marketing. - You consistently read 15 pages per day of high-quality, relevant material - You also dedicate time to applying what you learn through practice. Calculations (Very Rough Estimates - 15 pages a day and 300 page average book length): - Pages per year: 5,475 pages/year. - Books per year: 18.25 books per year. Let's make this week a winner!!

Move it, nourish it, and give it what it needs."🌿✨ Today, I’m focusing on the little things that make me feel good—starting with a morning run, protein oatmeal, and some hot Pilates after work. Lunch is a simple, fresh salad, and fingers crossed my fiancé cooks up something delicious for dinner- I saw some salmon in the fridge 👀🤤. Plus, aiming for those 10K steps AND 8 + hours of sleep! How are you taking care of yourself today?

CRUSHED today! Early gym session and hit all three of my move goals. Next goals - 8.5 hours of sleep tonight to recover and maybe a fiancé that would cook for me! We will focus on sleep first and maybe in my dreams for the second 😜😂

yep The first thing to come back is sleep. Thank you Rebalance Health, for sleep. I did NOT want to get up this morning but when I finally pried my toes from beneath the covers and they hit the floor I was ready for the day. So let's make it a good one, shall we?
