4-Week Re-Wild Your Body Program
The 4-Week Re-Wild Your Body program is live! Head over to the classroom to join! This program includes 16 progressive full body, at home workouts with instructional videos for every movement. Movement modules are all up!
All the movement modules from the ground to hanging/climbing skills are live. Recognizing that not everyone wants to combine these skills into their own workouts, so I'm updating the Functional Movement Workouts folder - there are currently 5 workouts in there with video demos attached, and more coming every week. I'll likely add a folder for workouts WITHOUT videos, as well, which means I can get a whole lot more up there, and they will likely be workouts we do at Atman so they should be somewhat familiar. I'm going to be working with Emily, as well, to figure out how to live-stream meditation classes for remote attendance! Those links will be here in the calendar. Happy New Year!
