For those who don't know, there was an application to repurpose the Pennhurst property in Pennsylvania for an AI data center. This would have been devastating to the paranormal community. Hotels can be some of the most haunted places. They can be old, have a lot of history (both good and bad), and they can be abandoned or functional. It could be a proper hotel or a bed and breakfast. The Historic Fremont County Jail is a new haunted location owned by Josh Heard and Tori Westhoff.
