First 2 backflip attempts! I wasn't able to ride out either of them but im super happy to be over the fear of sending one. First one i didn't stay committed and the second one i think i tucked a lil too long. What y’all think?

Heyy!!! That was sick dude looks super solid to me🤙🏽 Second was a lot better for sure. I would recommend jusst practicing spotting on trampoline so that you know where you are a little better. It looks like you got a little lost in the second one which is why you overrotated but not bad at all😄

@Jonathan Gilbert haha that's fair dude it's definitely scary for the first couple and landing how you did is better than landing on your head And the spotting will come naturally too, a lot of it just comes down to reps🤙🏽

I need some tips, I don’t have a clip of mine right now but I can consistently get the front swap. I really just need tips on spinning the back two. I can get around 200-240 degrees but I just can’t ever really make it fully 270. The rail I’m on is super short so I just need to whip it but I need tips on how to whip faster after my swap.

Yep for sure dude! From what your describing it sounds like you might be getting a little caught up. I would recommend trying to keep your whole body moving and not letting your arms get caught up in the spin Additionally I would try to do some unnat back 2s to get the feeling dropping your toe and gripping the rail to get some more power on the back 2 Send a video when you get one dude 🤙🏽
