Hi im cody im a 17year old goalkeeper playing in a u19 of a tier 2 of Wales side and gerrards academy in england this seasons been a difficult one being injured for a month and struggling with form sonce being back and going from 1 hour of training and a game per week all the way to 5 hours of training a week with 2 games but bring on 26 (hopfully with j4k gloves)🧤🧤

Does this program offer any solo drills that I could do? I’m new here so just figuring out my way around 😅

Goalkeeping isnt just about shot stopping anymore. Theres been alot of work, time and funnily enough, the right pair of boots until Mason started getting more consistent.
