Procrastination = Fear
Procrastination isn’t laziness — it’s FEAR of finding out your best isn’t good enough. Real progress comes from total commitment to one thing, not divided attention across many. Stop waiting to feel ready, lower the stakes, and just identify the next physical action. I’ve been procrastinating getting on T for 2 years now. I’m starting today. What will you stop procrastinating today??

@Jake Hill Right? Idk about needing to be on it for life but definitely agree that I’m still living in a very unnatural world so that’s why I feel like for me personally, TRT is a necessary “unnatural” remedy for the time being. 🤷‍♂️

@Jake Hill Valid concern bro — but it’s more nuanced than that. The suppression is real, your body does down-regulate natural production when you introduce exogenous T. But ‘on it for life’ isn’t inevitable — it depends on dose, duration, and whether you use HCG to keep the HPT axis active while on it. Plenty of guys come off successfully with proper PCT. For me personally at 143 ng/dL, I’m not optimizing — I’m correcting a clinical deficiency. That changes the risk/benefit math. At that level my brain and body are already not producing properly on their own, so the ‘messing with hormones’ concern cuts both ways. Totally agree the unnatural environment we live in is the root cause though. Plastics, stress, phones, seed oils, processed food — it’s all working against us. TRT for me is a bridge while I fix the underlying lifestyle inputs, not a permanent crutch
5-10 Mins / 2x Daily for Insane Grip Strength?!
Here is a video I saw recently talking about the science behind this and how an elite climber used this method to become extra elite, lol. Spoiler alert: Isometrics

No more people pleasing for 2026
I’ve always thought people-pleasing was part of my personality. I realized it wasn’t; it was a defense mechanism I activated every time I felt that someone didn’t like me or was going to be abandoned by someone I cared about because I didn’t know my worth. Even when I started, sustained, and sold my million-dollar business, I was still feeling like I wasn’t enough. For the past 3 years, I’ve been focusing on this feeling, healing from this feeling, and growing from it.
