A lot of people feel intimidated when ancestors come up.That’s usually because they think it requires ritual, rules, or perfection. For this space, think of ancestors as memory and direction. They represent: - What worked - What didn’t - What was survived - What needs to be done differently No pressure to “do it right.” Reflection:👉 What strength do you know exists in your lineage — even if life was hard?

I can feel that I draw my strength from more of my ancestors a long time ago than those that I can actually remember. Those women were priestesses, they worked with the Earth. They were in communion with a divine through the natural sciences. From them, I developed the strength to never bow my knee in the face of having to make choices between what is true versus a belief system that defies my biological identity.
