www.tinkercad.com It's really simple interface, use the tutorial. Watch it all the way you can manage to construct any object, engineer an idea or the other STL files and rescale them to send to your printers slicer to be 3d printed. Oh almost forgot, its free for hobbyists. ;)

Sorry to inform you but with the current way the platform is headed and with interest I will be switching skool platform to 3d printing and the use of the platform tinkercad and other programs to slice and program obj STL files to your 3d printer. Some batteries have security overcharge devices which will lock out a battery or chargers wont work. A lot of the time unfortunately it's the battery that has the issue and not really the power charger.
