I’m not here to convince you to make everything from scratch. I’m here for the “I want real food… but I also have a life” people. Some days I bake sourdough from a bubbly starter I actually remembered to feed. Some days dinner is leftovers I pulled from the fridge and hoped for the best. Both count. This space is about: - real food, not perfection - systems that make life easier - baking + cooking that fits your actual week If you’ve ever said “I want to do more homemade stuff but I’m overwhelmed,” you’re in the right place.
