And focusing on consistency 3 to 5 times a week instead of perfection is smart because that’s usually what helps people actually stay committed long enough to see results. I’m curious though are you planning to build this more around daily accountability and motivation or eventually turn it into a full fitness coaching community with structured programs and challenges?
