How do you make sure that your members feel like you care about them? - Who they are? - Why they are joining your community? - Why they are building their own community - What drives them? - What makes them want to keep coming back to your community, or not? Being curious about your members as people, NOT as numbers, matters more than you think! I am curious and I would love to know if you are too! And how!
