It was Christmas week folks and I know a lot of us feel guilty about eating too much and not moving enough but instead of focusing on what we did wrong, lets focus on what we can be proud of. What wins did you have this week? For me I was really happy not to miss a session. I'd plenty of imperfect sessions where I'd slept poorly or had a busy schedule - i'd loads of reasons to skip but rolled my sleeves up. Proud to get through with 100% compliance. 💪

Layed a ton of pavers (which I got the worst DOMs from), built a shed, hosted a big Christmas, had a very jolly time, and did three training sessions = 6hrs(1 being my longest ride on a trainer). So yeah, I missed a few planned sessions beginning of the week, but this time of the year I had other prioritise and go them done while also achieved some training.

Daily accountability
I squeezed in a group ride before leaving Girona. 3hrs. I’m in transit home today, so may be a little slow to respond. If you haven’t already can you make sure your training availability is correct for the coming (Christmas) week. I’ll be building out plans tomorrow

So I missed the start of week S&C but just layed one ton of pavers (21kgs each paver) over 2.5 hours, which is a LOT of squats! 30 minutes after got my 1hr weeks recover ride done. See how the legs feel tomorrow from the paving.

@Keaven Dionne just did this workout and mine gone up too but not because of training program (first workout) - just released the TrainerRoad shackles 🤣. 15 second @762 watts about 136 ave rpm. That's on a recumbent trainer 👊
