Ways do Headlight Restoration in Under 32 Degree Weather?
Hi all! Is there a way to properly do headlight restoration with Cerakote in 25-32 degree weather not doing it in a garage? Main priories: are water/glass cleaner while wet sanding to not freeze and proper clearcoat drying.

@Isaac Dobson Sorry, I meant proper dying not the temperature change.

@Isaac Dobson You are telling me liquid ceramic doesn't dry? Of course it dries how else would it harden?

I live in a state where it is almost always freezing (under 32 degrees) during the winter so training on Headlight Restorations in the cold would be fantastic!

Guide for Factory Clear Coat Hardness by Car Brand??
I am looking to price my headlight restoration base on Factory Clear Coat Hardness does anyone have a general guide for Factory Clear Coat Hardness by Car Brand?
Question on Quoting & Pricing for Headlight Restoration:
Hi everyone! 😀 I just created a pricing guide for my headlight restoration service and would love to get some feedback. I am new to the business and haven't done many restorations yet, so I would appreciate advice from experienced headlight restoration business owners. Here is the link to my guide: https://docs.google.com/document/d/1YHIQMHX4pu5gHF5-0uupd6_kn2H8M1esEX5lxWJ37w4/edit?usp=sharing I have a few specific questions: 1. Does my pricing structure seem fair and logical for both me (as the business owner) and the customer? 1. I know that for light haze on softer clear coats, you can often just scuff the surface and apply a new sealant without fully removing the original clear coat. Does this same "scuff and seal" method work for harder OEM clear coats? Thanks in advance for your help!

@Kenneth Meese Thank you for the detailed feedback! I was just doing research and found that it is always good to fully remove the OEM clear coat. Do you mind going into more detail on how you price? Do you estimate how long the restoration will take and price based on that, or do you base it on what grit you have to start with to fully remove the clear coat? Does the amount of oxidation, scratches, and general damage play a role in how you price? My main worry is making sure I price fairly. If I give quotes, I want them to be based on something so I price everybody as similarly as possible. Thanks.
