First Dealership: Update
Hey guys, demo went good today, I ended up doing the Prius and the owner loved the result and gave me 2 more cars he wanted done immediately. Mercedes still had LOTS of the original clear coat which made it pretty tough and ended up having to go down to 220 grit dry. About 80 mins total. I think I could get it down to about 45 minutes if I used a drill attachment for the lower grits and then hand sanding 600+, anyone have any experience doing that? Do the deeper scratches from the low grits tend to come out easily or not? The owner said that he’d call me back for some more cars soon and we agreed to $70/car so thanks to Clayton and Andrew for hyping me up to be confident with my price, the resto’s turned out awesome🤘

You would just need a 3 inch polisher DA. Dual action. Then it won't leave swirl marks So 220 on the DA 320 on the DA 400 on the DA 600 on the DA The by hand 800 1000 2000 3000 4000 Buff Polish Then wipe on UV clear coat Easiest way to practice is go to a junk yard find the biggest headlight you can find that is already bad Buy it for like 10 bucks Take it home and practice with DA on it Then you will get good at using the tool. Good job today on your demo
First dealership tomorrow
I drove past this dealership today during my main job, ended up meeting one of the owners and gave him a flyer and offered to count up his cars and come back tomorrow for a demo. There’s 10+ vehicles in bad shape and a few more just starting to peel so hopefully I can book the whole lot on the spot after the demo. Any tips for pricing and also for restoring the white Durango light? (looks like it’s been restored previously, terrible job though) Open to any and all suggestions, thanks in advance everybody! Also is it smart to do the red Prius for the demo or try with a nicer looking car?

I would do the red prius because its going to have the biggest wow factor. How many cars do they buy and sell a month? For that many cars in 1 shot I would probably say $600 then you can say this is me hooking you up. After that see if $70 a car would work for them. If they will give you 4 or 5 cars a month to do that would be awesome. If they only give you 1 or 2 a month then the price needs to go up. You just need to feel them out by talking to them. Im sure Andrew will have way better insights of what to price them at then me. Im just telling you what I would do.
One more question.
One more question before I go get my supplies. Where do I get the tap card?

Are you talking about the buisness card that you tap on a person's phone and it gives them all of your information?
Pro kit
How many vehicles( both headlights) can a pro kit do?

Yeah just follow the same steps like you would with the HM kit and the results will come out nice. So you can go ahead and start collecting stuff. Spray away Micro towels Spray bottle Hand fan Tape

Hey guys, I just got my logo made and wanted to get some feedback. I'm based in Colorado, so I went with the name Peak and tried to design the logo around that theme. Let me know what you think.
