What’s your focus tricks?
I know some people rock nicotine pouches or set timers for how long they think something will work. I have found putting actual earplugs in that I keep for my factory tours helps tune out the world and put me in work mode. Playing with the idea of getting blue light blocking safety glasses with side shields to give myself horse blinders🤣
