Bio: A mother of four young adult sons with a loving life partner. My focus now is to reduce pain as I age gracefully. Focus on doing what I love more.

Bio: 60+ active all my life. Inconsistencies and life getting in the way have taken their toil on my strength, and flexibility. I’m here to get it back!

Bio: Former athlete using pushups, pull-ups and very little passive stretching. Shoulders, lower back and hips have been painful, weak, and tight lately.
