Let's take a moment and focus on how to use our sensitivity as a powerful tool. Along with the shaman's journey, we can learn a lot about ourselves and how to evolve and grow on our spiritual path. As I reminder - Your sensitivity was never the problem -- The problem is that nobody taught you what to do with it. This is true for me. Just think about it for a minute and see if it's true for you. We don’t hand someone the keys to a car and shame them when they don’t know how to drive. We teach them how to steer, when to brake, and how to recognize when they’re moving too fast. But many sensitive people (you and I) were handed something just as powerful — the ability to notice what others miss, feel what others don’t, and pick up on what’s happening beneath the surface. No manual. No teacher. No boundaries. And then somehow, you were told you were “too sensitive.” If I had a dollar for all the times I was told this!! But sensitivity is a lot like having a powerful antenna. The problem isn’t that it picks up too much. The problem is never learning which signals are yours, which belong to someone else, and when you’re allowed to turn down the noise. That changes with practice. The sensitivity doesn’t have to disappear. You learn how to work with it instead of being overwhelmed by it. That's what we're doing with the work of sacred healing and sacred grounding. So which have you been living: your sensitivity as a gift — or your sensitivity as something you have to survive? Let's talk about this and see where you're at and how we move forward together.
