Slowly Growing
Hey everyone, I started my Community a while back ago, but I am now focused on growing it. What is one trick that helped you grow yours without spending on ads?

@Rich Gomez I find they both work to be honest.
I think I started my paid tiers too early?
I was doing the traffic challenge. I had built a conversion of 30% and had 70 members in the free one. I also had good engagement. I was overthinking it for ages flipping between freemium and low ticket. Decided on low ticket. My conversion has come down but this was expected. But I also feel like my within the community engagement has gone down. Not sure why as I am still posting and some people are still answering but just seems like the same people all the time. I also want to change some of my strategies around videos and training. Wondering if I should change to freemium now and make my premium tier a bit more expensive. Maybe I need to define my offer a little more I just donโ€™t know? ๐Ÿคทโ€โ™€๏ธ

Need Help
I need help๐Ÿ˜…. I have funnel templates, dfy offers, dfy courses, dfy articles, 1000s of dfy artworks for tshirts, ebooks, notion templates, planners, etc. but Iโ€™m struggling to put this together well in an offer because it spans so many niches. Do I create a Skool for each? Or do I put everything in one Skool? I can help everyone who wants landing pages, websites, digital products and even music producers do I put everyone in one community?

What to prolific content creators do?
Need some tips from prolific creators. I'm an artist, author and coach for creative multi-passionate women. I'm moving one of my memberships to Skool. I have a huge master roadmap of transformations and printable tools that I've developed over the last 5 years of my membership. How can I make everything available without it feeling overwhelming?

I was doing my first live design in Skool. Had to change to zoom as could not share screen but was so excited. Anyway no one turned up which can happen obviously. But held my head up did a video and going to post on YouTube and in Skool classroom.
