After my camping trip, I've managed to give myself the most spectacular case of sunburn I've had in years! I sat in nature all afternoon on a warm, but breezy and really overdcast day. I won't do that again! I've ended up with a swollen eye, a very red and blistered face, blisters all over my back and I'm feeling pretty wiped out from the heat. So I've decided to give my body a couple of days to recover and won't be delivering our live classes tomorrow. I will still be posting the material for you, so you'll be able to listen and continue with the material as planned. It will be posted later on in the day.
