As a beginner Pilates instructor who is working on completing my Comprehensive Certification, I want to establish a community for fellow Pilates lovers or people who are just interested in Pilates to be able to discuss topics or questions about the Pilates world and discuss the not so glamorous side of Pilates! I think social media only shows an aesthetically pleasing side of Pilates and doesn’t show how hard it is to be a Pilates instructor or someone who doesn’t fit the Pilates “aesthetic”! If you feel the same way please join the community. I will hopefully also be posting Pilates workouts as well on this channel!
