Skool community
For those building a Skool community from the ground up, what would you focus on first if you were starting again: building the audience, creating the free community, validating the paid offer, or setting up the funnel? Iโ€™m especially interested in what actually helped you attract the right members, not just more members.

every single day, reach out and put your community somewhere online, DM, share, serve, offer ... this is what brings people into my community organically whilst I'm building in realtime. when I don't do this, no new members, when I do, they join .. making myself accountable hehe I'm not even 2 months in, lots to align ๐ŸคŸ you've got this โœจ

@Lindsay MacGregor built bridal businesses before, just now navigating all the habits online instead of physical businesses ๐ŸคŸ it's a shift but all patterns and systems isn't it, as long as we enjoy and are in creation mode, we flow ๐ŸŒฑโœจ

A question about timing your postsโ€ฆ
I've been thinking about this lately and wanted to ask โ€” do you give much thought to when you post in the community? I know we have members in our communities across different time zones, which got me wondering โ€” do any of you adjust your posting time to suit your audience rather than your own convenience? Or do you just post when the moment feels right? And has anyone found a time that seems to get more engagement? A sweet spot where people are more likely to stop, read, and respond? I'd love to hear how you approach it โ€” whether you're quite strategic about it or just go with the flow ๐Ÿ•“

Why are you still waiting?
Most people are waiting way too long to launch their Skool community. Not because they arenโ€™t smart enough. Not because they donโ€™t have a good idea. But because they think everything has to be โ€œdoneโ€ first. Website. Funnels. Courses. Branding. SEO. Perfect content. Meanwhileโ€ฆ they still havenโ€™t invited a single person into the room. Hereโ€™s the shift I want you to think about: Your community is not a product that needs to be finished. It's a room that needs to be filled. Where are you currently at with your Skool community journey?
