Hello beautiful community. I have a question. I have a small retail store with a significant number of items in my inventory (plumbing) and would like for somebody to teach me - spend time with me teaching me - to build a cluster of AI Agents, run them locally, to have complete control over the entire operation. Including: 1. Have AI Agent to monitor Inventory database. Notifications - low amount, high usage, etc... suggestions on stocking based on analyzed sales data. Also I need to learn what to ask, what else AI can inform of. 2. AI answering phone calls with tech.support. I think I should use a RAG system and store solutions/recommendations in there with link to a live operator. 3. While customer is on a call with AI - AI can verify item availability, if low - send notification to purchase more, confirm next open slot for repair/installation/configuration and guide customer how to submit order/place order. 4. Any amazing-how-helpful-it-is report that AI can produce about numbers - sales. 5. Learn to understand and build it myself as I would like to know how to apply new ideas and maintain Cluster as nessesery. Troubleshooting. Maintenence. My understanding on subject - beginner. Also asking if nobody here is interested/not available - please point in the direction where I can also ask and you know and trust that community. Thank you.
