📣 No Office Hours for Today 📣
Hello everyone! We will not be having office hours today as I am out of town for my dad’s open heart surgery. Surgery was yesterday and went well. He is in intensive care and today will be the first time we get to see him awake and hopefully breathing on his own. Keep him in your prayers! 🙏🏻 I will be back next week for office hours!

Hellooo- Happy Monday Coffee Chat! ☕️
Sorry for being late, we are currently out of town and out of sorts! My dad is having open heart surgery tomorrow so I am at the hospital and the internet is spotty! How was your weekend?

Praying for a successful surgery and swift recover for your dad! My weekend was good. I had a senior session that I booked thanks to the vendor event I attended the previous weekend and then a baby milestone session on Saturday. We had church on Sunday and then chilled the rest of the day. This week will be great but fly by. I have lots to do before we leave for vacay on Saturday. Super excited and creating lists and lists to make sure I don't forget anything!
Welcome to Our First Coffee Chat! 🍵☕
Happy Monday everyone! Welcome to our first coffee chat. How is everyone this morning? How was your weekend? What is your drink of choice in the morning? Coffee? Tea? Green Drink? Diet Coke? (we don't judge) I want to share a few tips for owning your week- and a little check-in for each day: 💥 MONDAY -Start with meaning Ask yourself: What do I actually want from this week? Not what’s on the to-do list… but what feels good to move toward. ✨ Mantra: “I don’t chase clarity—I create it.” 🔥 TUESDAY – Do the needle mover If you only get ONE thing done today, let it be the thing that moves you forward. Not busywork. Not overthinking.Just one bold, clear action. You’ve got this. 💡 WEDNESDAY – Midweek energy check Pause and ask: Am I aligned or just powering through? If you need a reset—take it. Breathe. Stretch. Adjust. You can shift and still show up strong. 🎯 THURSDAY – Use your voice Pitch the idea. Post the thing. Say what you need. Today’s the day to stop holding back. Your voice matters—and it’s time to let it lead. ✨ FRIDAY – Celebrate what went right Before you race into the weekend, take a sec to reflect. What did you handle well? What felt like growth? Name it. Honor it. Celebrate it. This week doesn’t have to be perfect. But it can be powerful. And it can absolutely be yours. Have an amazing and empowering week! 💛

Good morning! My drink of choice this morning is chai latte. So yummy! My weekend was good. I had that vendor event on Saturday. I learned a few things, have a few things on my to-do list for November's event, and had fun celebrating my hubby for his birthday. Not much rest involved but it was a good weekend. This week's schedule is lighter, so I plan to take a day off (either tomorrow or Thursday) to rest and renew.
The Power of Your "Why"
Let’s talk about your WHY. Not the polished elevator pitch or the “I help…” statement. I’m talking about the real reason you started this journey. ➡️ The mission behind the message. ➡️ The fire that pushed you through fear. ➡️ The moment you said, “I can’t not do this.” It’s easy to get caught up in the grind—offers, funnels, algorithms, content calendars. But your why is the heartbeat of your brand. It’s what fuels trust, resilience, and real alignment. 💭 Thought-provoking question: If everything else fell away—what’s the one thing you’d still fight to do or say? 📝 Action step: Take 10 minutes today and reconnect with your WHY. Journal it. Speak it. Share it. Recommit to it. Because when your why is strong, your strategy gets stronger. 💪🏻

My why would be the heart. Love. You've seen it. The way a mom lovingly tucks the hair behind her child's ear. The husband that stares at his wife in adoration. The child that holds their arms out for "up". The friend that fixes the other friend's shirt or cheers from the stands. That soul connection between two people. That. That makes my heart squeeze and I want to capture that. Freeze it. And share with them, so that they can treasure those moments always.

Inside this community you are going to hear me talk a lot about alignment. Because let’s be real—living your fullest, most unapologetic life sometimes means letting go of what no longer fits. Old habits. Outgrown roles. That “nice girl” version of you that keeps saying yes when your soul is screaming no. And yep… sometimes letting go stings. Other times? It feels like sweet, overdue freedom. Either way—it’s necessary. Because your energy is sacred. And you’ve got too much purpose to keep pouring it into things that aren’t growing with you. 🌱 That’s why we always come back to our core values inside Rise & Thrive: Authenticity. Growth. Sisterhood. If something aligns with those? We water it. We cheer for it. We build on it. But if it doesn’t? We release it with love—and make space for something better to bloom. ✨So here’s your reminder: You don’t need to hold onto what no longer serves the woman you’re becoming. Stop watering what isn’t coming back. What are you releasing this month so you can rise and thrive even higher? 💬 Drop it below. Let’s grow together.🌱

It can be so hard to let those things go sometimes. I am releasing a commitment that no longer aligns with my needs, so that I can open myself up to what's next.
