Should We Keep Everything Free?
When we first explored the idea of introducing a membership fee, the intention was to create something sustainable—to help us grow, reach more people, and keep delivering value long-term. But one important question came up: Would we actually grow more—and help more people—if we kept everything free? What if instead of charging for access, we focused on delivering as much value as possible at no cost—and relied on community support to fund our mission through donations, affiliate links, merchandise, etc.? A few members have already donated and others reached out and said they’d be happy to support what we’re building. So, what if we kept everything free—and simply invited anyone who feels we’ve added value to consider a small monthly donation to support the mission? I’m seriously leaning toward this direction. I want our community to stay open, accessible, and built on trust and mutual support. So here’s the question for the community: Do you think this model—community-funded, donation-supported—could work? Would you support it? The only real downside to keeping everything free is that we can’t reward our members through referrals—something many of you were genuinely excited about. That creates a challenge: people may be more incentivized to promote other paid groups (because of affiliate commissions), even if they believe in our mission. One solution we could consider is creating two groups: - A free group that stays open and accessible to all. - And a premium group with added value and perks—like live Q&As with medical professionals and nutrition experts—where it would make sense to charge and offer referral rewards. That way, we stay true to our mission and create a model that’s sustainable and fair. Let me know what you think in the comments. I’d love to hear your thoughts.

Free with donations… because once you start charging it has potential for biased information that could produce a stream of income. Stay linked to the website that may sell proven safe medicines and protocols based on an individual seeker and one has is walking the talk. We already pay for SOC and it is pushed down our throats. Dr Seyfried doesn’t need our money. He is fully funded. He shares his research for free. I do not trust platforms that are trying to sell me on something or pimp out my story, my details, so they can make profits. Non profits are bullshit shell entities. Hospitals are non profit but that’s non profit after everyone makes their millions first!!!!! If I have to pay to be in this group…delete me.
Semi-Final Logo Feedback–We Need Your Vote!
Hey Warriors! 💪 First of all, a huge thank you for all your feedback on our logo! Many of you felt there were too many colors, so we made some refinements—matching the arrow colors with the figures to create a more cohesive, less 'colourful' look while still keeping the essence of the design intact. Now, we’d love your final vote on which version you prefer! Let us know your thoughts! What We Kept & Adjusted: ✅ Symbolism & Concept – The interconnected human figures and arrows still represent collaboration, movement, and synergy, which align with health, support, and transformation—core principles of Metabolic Therapy. ✅ Circular Flow – The arrows form a continuous loop, symbolizing progress, metabolic processes, and ongoing improvement in health—a key part of our approach. ✅ Color Choice & Balance – While we made some adjustments, we kept the five colors because they play an important role in the design: - The five arrows and five figures represent balance, diversity, and interconnectedness. - The color mix—orange, pink (magenta), blue, green, and yellow—was chosen because it creates a harmonious contrast between warm and cool tones, making the logo feel dynamic, engaging, and inclusive. 💬 So now, 1 or 2?

#1 Feels jumbled, messy, disjointed. #2 Has flow and cohesiveness and purpose. Each color has its own wisdom that depicts individual, energetic participation emanating towards the center and serving the entirety. Well done.
