Hello all - Hope you are doing well. I, unfortunately, had a fall during a ski trip and busted up my right knee pretty good. I will need to postpone the training for a couple weeks as I begin rehab, etc. The good news is that I don't need surgery, even though I have a couple of small breaks in the tibia. Just can't put any weight on the leg and therefore, have to rearrange my schedule (and my sweet husband's, too). Thank you for your patience. Blessings to all!!
