The anime eye is the painting I’m currently working on and isn’t finished. The noface painting I did a couple years ago, the painting with the letter (L) I did back when I was in high school so maybe about 5-6 years ago, and the spider sketch I drew a few days before Halloween. And the medium I used for these is acrylic paint, honestly one of my favorites to use but I also love watercolor because it blends so well and I can come back to it later vs acrylic paint bc it dries so fast.

Examples: 週末に運動します。 Shūmatsu ni undō shimasu. → I will exercise this weekend. 日よう日に買い物をします。 Nichiyōbi ni kaimono o shimasu. → I will go shopping on Sunday. --- ✅ 2) 〜したいです Expressing what you want to do. Great for saying “I think I’ll…” Examples: 週末はゆっくり休みたいと思います。 Shūmatsu wa yukkuri yasumitai to omoimasu. → I think I’ll relax this weekend. 日よう日は家で映画を見たいと思います。 Nichiyōbi wa ie de eiga o mitai to omoimasu. → I think I’ll watch a movie at home on Sunday. --- 📘 Useful Vocabulary (Weekend + Sunday) Japanese Romaji English 週末 shūmatsu weekend 日よう日 nichiyōbi Sunday うんどう undō exercise さんぽ sanpo walk えいが eiga movie かいもの kaimono shopping ともだちに会います tomodachi ni aimasu meet friends ゆっくりします yukkuri shimasu relax りょうり ryōri cooking カフェ kafe café ゲームをします gēmu o shimasu play games しゅくだい shukudai homework --- 🗣️ ✔️ Your Practice (Before the Call) Try writing one sentence for each pattern: 1️⃣ 週末に___します。 2️⃣ 日よう日に___したいです。 3️⃣ 週末は___したいと思います。 Post them below, and I’ll correct them for you! And if there is any vocabulary that you'd like me to post, let me know! Maybe your favourite hobby is missing. 😯 Looking forward to chatting with you during Ocha & Chat ☕🗣️✨

Those songs are very pretty! Thank you for sharing them with me. This is One of my favorite songs and is from anime. 😆 I also have the cosplay for the main character although I don’t have the wig anymore since it got so matted up bc I didn’t have a proper way of storing it at the time plus it was very long. https://youtu.be/iri9KeFc2b4?si=1z_3wj_14fCijaJs

I love learning Japanese and the culture even though it’s tough. I plan on using Japanese in the future to teach others the beautiful language.
