Each Monday we'll set the tone for the week. You see, we have: ACTION/BEHAVIOUR + RESULT/OUTCOME. - Keep it specific and actionable so we can check in on Wednesday and see how you moved it forward. My focus is to put the systems in place with my new team members. After a bit of a search I've found my support that I needed , I found my Lala.. My focus is systems , processes and moving this business to the next level to focus on communication with clients and not missing any opportunity. To do that we need an aligned process which is currently in progress.
