Workflow Mapping (Week 2 of Workflows & SOPs)
Hello everyone, I've just uploaded the Week 2 lesson for the Workflows &SOPs sprint. It's an accessible exercise that isn't overwhelming but is a valuable skill to learn. Check it out here: https://www.skool.com/meteoric/classroom/959da493?md=7ab8b2afb1854e9b83bbdaca37a2945a Included are a worksheet and a custom GPT to help you fill in the gaps. Once this is complete, you'll be ready to start building your SOP in the next lesson. Then, in our final lesson, we'll learn how to set up an SOP system that your team will actually use. Post any Qs in the community, and if you've completed your workflow, share your work here. 🙌🏻

The custom GPT is super helpful, thank you Cris!!
UPDATED Pomodoro Timer
**I have updated the timer, I published it as a web app. It will work in your web browser or on your phone. Get it here.** Hello everyone! When I was in school, I really enjoyed using the Pomodoro Method for doing deep work. So, I built a simple timer you can use in a desktop browser. Head over to the Tool Library in the classroom to find it, along with instructions on how to use it and an overview of the Pomodoro Method. I'll be using this in the Co-Work sessions as well. Feedback is always welcome and appreciated! 😊 ~Cris

Workflows & SOPs Training Posted in Classroom!
Week 1 of the Leadership Design Sprint Workflows & SOPs is officially ready in the classroom! 🎉 In this training, you’ll learn how to choose the right workflow to turn into an SOP so you can stop overcomplicating the process and start building systems your team can actually use. This week, we cover how to identify a workflow with a clear start point, end point, and scope that’s realistic to complete. That's it. Super simple and approachable! If you’ve ever felt stuck trying to document everything at once, this will help you simplify, get clear, and make progress. Go give it a watch, and when you’ve chosen your workflow, come share it with us in the community. 👩🏻‍💻 Watch the training here

Workflows & SOPs Leadership Design Sprint Update & Q
Hello everyone! I have been hard at work getting ready to launch the Workflows & SOPs Design Sprint on Tuesday. You can see I've set three hours for this sprint, but I expect it will be much shorter in the first week. As always, the calls are recorded and will be accessible to members once complete. I'm designing this sprint as a four-week challenge-type engagement that's easy to add to your current workload. We're taking our time so we can learn good habits and put a lot of thought into the 'hows and the whys' to build a system that sticks (and that our teams will use). In this first week, we will cover how to choose a workflow, common mistakes to avoid when choosing one, and how to define the boundaries of a workflow that will be translated into an SOP. If you've tried to create SOPs before and they never seemed to work, many of the things I will cover in this session will provide AHA! moments as to why. 🤔 Question for you: I am considering creating AI helpers as a value-add for this process. I'm curious, is that something you'd use? Check out the poll below and let me know.

This looks brilliant! the 'hows and the whys' approach is exactly what makes SOPs actually stick instead of just sitting in a folder nobody opens 😄 Looking forward to Tuesday! Voted on the poll — AI helpers for this kind of process would be so useful for me 🙌
