I always recommend everyone changes their CV and cover letter for each job they apply for. However, this can be quite time-consuming and thus most people ignore it. We want the hiring manager to look at your application and think "this person seems fully qualified for this role" and that's exactly what this does as our CV and cover letter are literally built for the role.
