Been on Threads for a while now and if I'm being honest — absolutely zero traction. Posting into the void basically. Just went through a lesson in the classroom on organic threads and building an audience through writing and it actually clicked for me in a way a lot of marketing advice doesn't. Less about tactics, more about writing obsessively about what you actually care about and letting people come to you. Going to try implement it properly and see what happens. Will keep you all updated on how it goes 👀

Originally from Ireland and now living in Málaga, Spain (yes, the weather is as good as you think it is ☀️) My background is in running a marketing agency for three years, working mainly with construction clients. I built it, grew it, and eventually sold it, but honestly? I got burnt out. Client work is relentless and I reached a point where I knew I wanted something different. The thing that kept pulling me back was marketing graduates. Because I remember exactly what it felt like starting out completely lost, nobody really showing you how it all works in the real world, just kind of figuring it out on your own. So instead of taking on more clients, I decided to build something that actually felt meaningful a community and training business focused on helping marketing graduates and people early in their careers get real skills, real confidence, and real jobs. That's what MarketSphere is. We also have another B2B branch that I'm looking to start where I train companies staff on how to build an effective marketing system. Hey guys! My name’s Cal. I’m currently building A BetterLife Co. and wanted to improve my marketing strategy on Threads and through my newsletter. A BetterLife is a company aimed at helping young adults consistently do that one thing they’ve been putting off. To live more deliberately, and stop feeling like life’s on autopilot. I currently have a biweekly newsletter that shares actionable tools to help you build better systems in your life (i.e. be more consistent, have more energy, build better structure, etc). I’m also building a Life Dashboard app that’s another systems I can give to others to help them do what they’ve been wanting to do.
