Been on Reta for 3 months. Previously on TIRZ. My advice is to start low and stay there as long as it’s working. I’m on 3.5 mg/week and holding. I’m loosing 1 lb/week which I’m ok with. The appetite suppressant is less than TIRZ. So 3 days after I take my dose, I take a shot of Cagitrutide which does a Great job of killing the urge to eat. Love Reta over TIRZ.

@Randi Saelinger TIRZ wasn’t working for me. I was in a stall for 3 months and running near the max dose. Reta broke the stall (after a 3 week break) and I found a low dose that works for me. I’m currently loosing a pound a week which is my goal. If you are on TIRZ and it’s working, stay there. It has better appetite suppressants.
