@Mike Thompson Got it. We’ll just lose all the discussions so far. C’est la vie…

@Mike Thompson Done.
Posting Images
At this early stage in the community, it seems the members are more comfortable posting images right under the associated assignment. I would prefer that you submit your posts under the "Post Images Here" thread. However, if you do post your images directly under "Assignments" or "Photopoetry" we all will see it and be able to comment on it. It seems it is more confusing to ask you to move it, and I am afraid we will lose valuable comments.

Growing pains. It will all sort out…
Photopoetry - Prompt 1
Pablo Neruda — “Ode to Common Things” “I love things madly, all things, the ashtrays, the spools of wire…” Photopoetry Challenge: Photograph a humble object with care and seriousness. No stylizing. No irony. Frame it as if it matters simply because it exists.

@Almerinda Alves van der Giezen I think this is in the wrong thread. This thread is assignment 2. I know, I’m having some trouble keeping things sorted out. We’ll get there…

@Almerinda Alves van der Giezen Probably should wait and see what @Mike Thompson says. I could be wrong…

@Kendric Lum Well said. Do you see it as a radical departure from what Facebook is? Or, could be? Facebook just has so much damn momentum. Having said that, I certainly agree that an alternative is worth hanging in there.
