Most people don’t talk about this week. It’s not Christmas anymore. It’s not New Year yet. It’s the quiet hallway between who you were… and who you’re becoming. @Ian Terry are your door knockers in house? or do you contract?

@Ian Terry Nice, can you share how you set the pay structure up for a knocker? We have thought about hiring someone just for this but cant seem to figure out a good pay incentive to attract someone good without totally going overboard. This all being aid we are very new into Pest, but have a few hundred weed and fert.
