The more I slow down, the more I get done.
Wild how backwards that used to feel. I come from the world of IT — deadlines, pressure, optimization. Now I guide high performers through nervous system work, energetic detoxing, and deep alignment… and I’m noticing this: When people relax into flow, they become magnetic. Not just productive — powerful. What’s something you used to hustle for… that now comes effortl essly?

Resonates. I too am from the IT space. I’ve not fully separated from it. Flow state is real. When I first started the inner work and teaching others, what landed was guiding them to flow and thrive not struggle and strive. We spend way too much time in corporate talking about striving and that’s where struggle lives. We need to drop down into our bodies and connect with the wisdom that opens us to flow. There’s less resistance in flow state. And that’s where the magic begins when we trust enough to be with it.

@Thomas Reinholz Thanks! I’m here to learn, connect, and be part of a like-minded community. I was a Tech Leader for 15+ years and transitioned to consulting after completing my Meditation Teacher cert with Chopra in 2022. I started coaching people in career transitions after stepping out of corporate life for 8 months. A lot of people I knew were moving from leadership to IC roles and navigating the perception of failure. To me it’s just a reset, an acknowledgement of a different season. One of my first clients I went through flow state with was an IT Lawyer. I’ve done both in a workplace setting and my own practice. People have to want the change they are seeking. They don’t always know what it is they’re seeking. You have to meet them where they are. It’s getting past the old narrative and layers of conditioning that can be challenging to navigate. I model what I do in my consulting work and this generates a lot of conversation. I often host informal conversations, share breadcrumbs, see what lands, note what doesn’t, and I’m open to feedback without judgement. I tend to use humor with corporate nuance to buffer resistance. Laughing brings people’s guard down and creates connection. . I could talk about this for hours! 😂
