Good afternoon Christian, I did the homework and boy I tell you I prospected to the max. I got an Off-Market inquiry on a property. Was told by several of my contacts they will ask around. Two went to ask their boss. One has several prospects at his church he'll ask and I gave him my card. So prospecting works and works well. I'll keep you posted once i get a deal!
