The Behaviour You Accept Is The Behaviour You Silently Condone.
This plays into the concept that we are teaching people how to treat us every second of every day. I have often said " if we are getting treated like a doormat somewhere along the line we had to first lie on the floor" Silence Equals Permission. In the English language, to condone means to disregard, overlook, or allow something morally wrong or offensive to happen without criticizing it. When an objectionable action occurs and you say nothing, observers and the person acting both interpret your silence as a green light to continue. I understand it can be a bitter pill to swallow that we have also played a role in the shitty relationship, shitty workplace relationship, or any kind of relationship you care to mention. What do others think of this?

This data holds value From what has passed In order to distract us They use this to impact In your hand What do you have To change things In your hand Here in the present How do you feel Is it only an existence Is this real? What does emotional freedom mean to you?
Emotional freedom is the profound ability to experience, process, and express feelings authentically without being controlled, limited, or paralyzed by negative emotional patterns, past traumas, or limiting beliefs. It is not the absence of difficult emotions like anger, sadness, or fear, but rather the capacity to navigate them with resilience and self-awareness. You can't be emotionally free if you are bullshitting yourself that everything is fine and " just the way things are" it's the very essence of what this community that Elizabeth has created is about. Opinions?
