Hey BookRich fam! I'm Chris Thompson(Coach Chris), founder of CORE Inclusive Consulting and author of the upcoming book Strong CORE: The Inner Work That Grows Lasting Leaders. I spent years developing leaders inside some of the world's most complex organizations before stepping out to build something of my own. My work lives at the intersection of character, culture, and courageous leadership, and everything I do is designed to help leaders stop performing and start leading from the inside out. Strong CORE is dropping this summer and I am excited to share this first work with the world. It is part memoir, part leadership framework, part soul work, and it is built for the leader who knows something has to change and needs help identifying what it is. Outside of the work, I am a man of faith, a husband of 27 years, and a proud father of 3 adult children. Community, connection and culture are how I show up.
