reset MONDAY Evening: Full Moon is Here
Brothers, We're here. Some of you are approaching the 36-hour mark. Some of you are at 48. Either way, you're in it. The full moon is on the rise, and at 7:57pm tonight it will be fully flashed and shining a light on us. I want to encourage you to block off some time tonight. Go put your feet on the ground. Take your shoes off. Get on the soil if you can. Sit in a chair, have your journal ready, and just be in surrender. Ask for what you need to know. What I am going to be doing at 7:57pm is asking, "tell me what I need to know in order to evolve." Then I am going to sit in silence. I am going to be journaling, writing down whatever is downloading, whatever is coming up. And if nothing comes up, that is also fine. Allow the energy of what's happening to work its way through. Sometimes the downloads don't come until tomorrow. Either way, it's all good. This is what the whole thing is about. The full moon is here. We're here. Then tomorrow, when we wake up, we will be at the next level. Some of us at 48 hours, some at 60. And then we're on the final turn to our 72-hour completion. reset MONDAY: 24 Hrs of Fasting (or more)
Brothers, You're awake. We are at hour 24. (Some of you hour 36) Whatever you're feeling right now, tired, sharp, hungry, clear, all of it at once, sit with it for a second. Most of you just spent a night your body has not had in months or years. That matters. Here's what's happening in you right now. Autophagy is picking up. Your cells are sorting through the damaged, the worn out parts and breaking them down for parts. Insulin is at the is very low. Ketones are rising. The brain fog you might have felt yesterday is about to lift and turn into the clearest thinking you've had in a long time. You don't have to do anything to make this happen. It happens because you didn't eat. You have 12 hours until hour 36. Some of you are at hour 36 now! Awesome! 12 hours between the man who set the safe target and the man who came here for the actual reset. Today is the alignment day. At 7:57pm tonight, the Strawberry Full Moon hits its peak. Three minutes later, you hit hour 36 or even 48 dependimg on when you started. That is not a coincidence in the schedule. That is the entire reason this protocol exists. Here is today's mission. Stay light on the moves. Walk, sun, salt in your water, sip on it slowly throughout the day. Stay off the food content and the food smells. If you have your kids today, be present with them, not around them. If you don't, get outside before the heat hits. Save the heavy thinking for the evening. If you hit a wall thus afternoon, you are not failing, you are arriving. That is the wall the whole protocol is built around. Breathe through it. Drop a comment in here. We answer. Tonight at 7:57pm, get still. Stop whatever you are doing. Look up if you can see the moon. Mark it. This is the moment you came here for. After that, sleep. Wake up at hour 48 (or 60). Coast home to 72 or more. Water, salt, black coffee. Nothing else. No calories, no supplements. If you feel the want or need to break the fast, keep organic coconut water, organic pressed juice, or beef broth available and next to you. All of those will break the fast, and if you must, then do that. Stay in with us for its entirety. Everyone that's doing this, Keep strong. Stay busy stay focused. It's tough for me because I love food. I run a food business and its been a hectic couple days resetting. So if I can do it, so can you all.
reset SUNDAY day 3: We FAST, the 1st 12 hours
Brothers, Today we begin the next part of this experience. 8am is the line. Two days of clean eating behind you, up to 72 hours of fast in front of you, and a full moon on Monday night that we are walking toward together. If you are reading this, you have likely already done more than most men ever will. You set a date, you prepared your body, you showed up. That matters. Don't skip past it. Here is the mission for the first 12 hours. Drink water. Add a pinch of sea salt if you start to feel light. Move your body, walk, get sun on your skin. Stay off the food content on social, it will work against you today. If you feel hunger, do not fight it, just notice it. Hunger is not an emergency, it is information. Your body is asking for the old fuel and finding none, so it is about to learn how to burn the new one. This is your opportunity to implement awareness and truly use your mind as the tool to honor your body and yourself. This first stretch is the easy stretch. Insulin is dropping, and the good cells are preparing to go after the old and broken ones. You won't feel much yet. That's normal. The work happens underneath. Water, salt, black coffee. Nothing else. No calories, no supplements. Do your best. If you feel the want or need to break the fast, keep organic coconut water, organic pressed juice, or beef broth available and next to you. All of those will break the fast, and if you must, then do that. Stay in with us for its entirety as best you can. I will be checking in a couple times a day and available for each of you if you want one on one support. Stay close to the group today. reset FRIDAY Day 1: We eat clean
You're in. The work starts now. These check-ins are about 5 minutes each. Under 3 minute video message and copy written for detail of needed. Feel free to watch the video first, below. Lets go!! The next 2 days are about clean eating so Sunday morning your body easily moves into the fast instead of fighting it. Clean food in, junk out. That's the whole assignment today. EAT Whole foods only. - If it grew, walked, swam, or flew, it's in. Protein you cook yourself - Chicken, fish, beef, eggs. Aim high. - Fruit and vegetables - unlimited. Although try to eat with protein. - Water - A lot of it. Start now. Start adding a little salt to the water you drink first thing. Salt is loaded with lots of minerals and you want to make sure it's a good quality salt. You can use Himalayan pink, Celtic salt. I use Baja Gold Sea salt. You are definitely going to want quality salt when we start the fast. Make sure you pick some up at the grocery store.Whole foods has baja gold for $15 will last months CUT OUT - Refined sugar - cookies, goodies, if it's packaged, look at the back, and if you see under carbohydrates, the phrase "added sugars" and it has added sugars, don't consume it. - Seed oils - the only oils that are okay to consume are coconut, olive, avacado and grass fed butter. All oils remove - Alcohol - its only for a week, this is part of your commitment to yourself - Anything packaged or processed. The exception are quality supplements like protein powder, but you want to make sure it's a good quality because a lot of protein powders have refined sugar for flavor - Fast food, takeout, snacks with a barcode. 2 DAYS of this and your body shows up to Sunday morning at 8am ready. Skip it and the first 24 hours of the fast will be challanging phyiscally This is the easiest day of the next 7. Use it. You signed up because something in you knows it's time. Honor that. Cook a real meal tonight. Drink your water. Get to bed early. Tomorrow we go again.
