@Zach Calhoon okay, the tour is live, but it isn't viewable on Maps directly. The viewer has to go into the photos of the business and click on one of the 360 images. Is that how it is intended to work out did I do something wrong? 0 Reply

I left a review for a local coffee shop and he was surprised to find out that I'm a Level 8 Google Guide. I told him that I was working on a new project posting local businesses to Google Maps and that I would like to do a 360 tour of his coffee shop. He was all for it and we went out last Sunday to capture it, since there wouldn't be any patrons in on a Sunday. I posted the tour to Google Maps the same day and ... crickets. We're coming up on one week and I haven't heard anything from Google. The support page isn't any help either. It just says that it could take weeks or months to post, or it might never get accepted at all. What's your experience? Do you just keep checking the map hoping that your tour has posted? Do you not charge clients until the tour goes live? Do you not actually charge for the tour, but use it as an introduction to the business so that you can start a relationship and sell them on other products? Thanks for your help and guidance. I'm being completely transparent with the coffee shop owner. I told him this was a learning process and I didn't charge him for the service.

How do I unlock this level? I am trying to learn more about Google Street View. Can someone help me here?

I'm a level 8 Google Guide, and I've uploaded 360s to Google in the past. But now they've done away with the old apps and it seems like they only accept video on their new site. Is Cloudpano the only way to upload tours to Google now?
