Took me 10 days to find this video lol, but thsts ok because i just focused on getting to 3000-4000 ml water every day for 10 days, showing up to Saturday and Tuesday , completing my Domino and strengthening my knee with the stairs excersize. I haven't had 10 days straight of a gallon per day or close to it since....who knows! Knee is better, financial stress down from the budget which also i haven't done for a long time, and now im actively working on listening ebay items that have been sitting on the someday shelf for 2 or 3 years, found tons of hidden sugars on lables and removed them from consumption, got weighted in and started a meal plan checked blood pressure and ready to implement my bare minimum:)
