I’m on like week 7 of Reta and I’m on 3mg but I still really don’t feel anything I only really felt it the first week is this normal ? Or do I need to up my dosage further I am also on 2mg of tesa 5 on 2 off

Like Isiah said I'd make sure you're dosed right. Most people feel results with 1-2 MG. What is your diet/activity level like and are you losing weight?

You could stack with tirziptide for more appetite suppression but I wouldn’t go over 3MG of Reta
