Hey y'all, I have uploaded the second Q&A session to module 1 in the Mushroom 101 classroom. Emily and I had a lively conversation where I answered some of her questions and explained the mushroom growing process. I showed some agar plates and grain jars that I inoculated about 2 weeks ago to show the growth process as well as how different varietals grow so differently. I am currently working on straw shiitake, lions mane, and king blue oyster.
