What is the best way to package? Window Mylar? Or clear small tubs (think egg drop soup containers, small)? And what amount (by weight or volume)?

Our community is starting to grow, so I’d love for everyone to introduce yourselves! Let’s do the following: 1.) Where you’re from 2.) What stage of your freeze drying business you’re in 3.) Goal you hope to accomplish by being apart of this group 4.) Favorite Hobby I’ll go first! 1.)Originally I was born and raised in Florida, but I’ve moved around quite a bit and landed in Huntington Beach California! 2.) Ive been in the Freeze Dried Industry for just over two years and maximize events to see which were most profitable. My first year I managed to do about 40 markets and went red on about 12-14 of them. The other 23ish save my butt! 3.) My goal is help others fast track their companies and bring organization to the industry. 4.) One of my favorite pass times is to actually sit down and be with my family. I’m on the road a lot and miss my 7 month old growing up. Any chance I get to be with them is my greatest joy and hobby!
