The reality is that we both don't have the bandwidth or the passion for the consistent marketing and teaching required to keep growing the community. We are so grateful for the journey and for everyone who learned our proven systems for acquisitions and dispositions. We also always be around and still in the real estate space should you ever need help or want to stay connected, reach out to either of us anytime.
