I’m going to be honest with you guys
The last couple of weeks have been tough. Business pressure. Work pressure.Family responsibilities. Life stacking up faster than I could process it. And if I’m being real, I’ve let some things slide. My cardio disappeared. My gym routine became inconsistent. Even my cold plunges stopped. For me, cold plunging isn’t about being hardcore. It’s about mental clarity. It’s one of the things that helps me reset and stay centered. It also helps with the arthritis that likes to remind me I’m not getting any younger. This morning, I looked in the mirror and realized something: Nobody is coming to save me. Not from the stress. Not from the pressure. Not from the excuses. So I got in the cold plunge. Then I headed to the gym. I’m pushing harder today than I have in weeks. Not because I felt motivated. Because I needed to. As I worked through the discomfort, I started getting clarity back. I started seeing where I’ve been slipping. I started seeing where I’ve been making excuses. And I was reminded of something we talk about inside Rebel Wealth all the time: You cannot lead others where you are unwilling to go yourself. If I’m going to build this movement, I need to be the walking billboard for the message. Not perfect. But committed. Committed to God.Committed to my wife.Committed to my family.Committed to my health.Committed to my purpose. The mirror doesn’t lie. When I look at it, there’s only one man responsible for where I am today. And there’s only one man responsible for where I go next. If you’ve been feeling off lately, don’t beat yourself up. Just get back to the fundamentals. One prayer. One workout. One cold plunge. One conversation. One day at a time. Now your turn: What’s one habit you’ve been neglecting that you need to recommit to this week?

ACCOUNTABLITY #1 HERE @Jon Andrus I THINK WE ALL SHOULD DO THAT EVERYDAY TO MAKE US BETTER GOOD STUFF
Remove Distractions
Most men don’t have a discipline problem. They have a distraction problem. And distractions don’t show up looking like the enemy. They show up as comfort. As “just for a minute.” As stuff that feels productive… but isn’t. Side projects. Scrolling. Drama you didn’t need to step into. It’s all drift. Winners don’t eliminate everything forever. They eliminate what doesn’t matter right now. Try this: For the next 24 hours… Remove ONE distraction. Just one. And watch what happens. Clarity comes back. Focus sharpens. Momentum builds. Remember your why. That’s the filter. Drop it in the comments. What are you cutting for the next 24 hours? 🔥

What can we learn from Easter Saturday?
There’s something about Easter Saturday that hits different. It’s quiet. After the suffering of Friday… and before the miracle of Sunday… there was a day where it probably felt like everything had stopped. Now I would never compare my life to Jesus Christ. What He did stands alone—perfect and complete. But I do believe there’s a pattern we can learn from. A lot of men are living in that “Saturday” right now. You’re doing your best. Showing up. Providing. Trying to follow God. And still… it feels quiet. Like nothing’s changing. But Easter reminds us of this: God is still working—even when you can’t see it. Saturday wasn’t the end. And this isn’t yours either. 👉 Where in your life does it feel “quiet” right now? Drop it below. Let’s talk.
