Functions that are disabled but still appear in the client's dashboard
Hi, Regarding the "Review Link" page, I've noticed a bug. If the "Review Filter," "AI Suggestions," and "Video Testimonials" features are disabled in the pricing settings, they still appear in the right-hand sidebar of the review link (main pages): negative experience page, video testimonial page, review suggestion page, and AI suggestion page. This can be confusing for users and lead us to wonder about certain features that we intentionally want to disable or that they don't have access to on their plan. The "Filter Page" in Settings/Review Link should also be renamed, and if possible, the "Positive Experience Page" as well. Could you please fix this issue?

@Etienne Lavanant Ok, yes, I did notice that it appeared on the demo module. I forgot to mention that in the post. Same here, I’d like to remove the filter for my clients. On my side, on a test client site, I see that the filter doesn’t appear except on the right side of the review link on the client dashboard. However, the name “filter page” still appears even when it’s disabled.

@Giacomo Chinellato Thank you!
Host question : is there someone using o2switch please ?
Do you have tips? Did you meet difficulties setting up smtp email ? Thank you for sharing experience

@F A I have it too, and yes, it will work. Brevo supports SMTP sending, and you can configure it so that emails are delivered properly (DKIM, SPF, MX, and DMARC DNS records).

@F A You can ask ChatGPT for help, it knows the platform. It gave me some configuration details for Brevo.
How to get clients
I was wondering how everyone is getting clients? Cold calls from lead list? Are you buying leads? Still not able to get first customer.

@Fousey Arakat We all face this problem. The best approach is to start with customers who trust us. We all have someone in our family, social circle, among our friends, or neighbors who has a Google My Business profile and whom we can easily persuade. You can also talk to your hairdresser, mechanic, the gym, or local businesses... Tell them you’re just starting out. If they know you, it’ll be much easier to suggest a trial offer to get things going. Likewise, it’ll be easier to convince them to leave you a valuable review.

@Giacomo Chinellato Yes, I forgot to mention it to him, but we can also offer free versions to grow our business.
🚧 This Week’s Focus: GEO Agent + Mobile App A.M.A.
Hi Climbers 👋 This week, we’re starting work on one of the most exciting features we’ve been planning: the GEO Agent. The goal of the GEO Agent is simple: 👉 automatically generate SEO-optimized, localized content for your clients based on their real business data. Here’s how it will work: We start from the input layer, where the system gathers all the key business information — business name, category, services, description, sentiment analysis, and especially real customer reviews. Then the agent analyzes all this data to understand how the business is perceived, what makes it unique, and which topics matter most in its local market. From there, it generates relevant keywords, followed by tailored topics and content ideas specific to that business and its location. Once everything is ready, the agent creates content on a schedule — weekly, biweekly, or monthly — selecting the most relevant topics and generating human-like articles designed to support local SEO. Reviews play a key role in this process, since the agent can also quote real customer feedback inside the articles to make the content more authentic, relevant, and aligned with how the business is actually experienced by its customers. 👉 The final output: The main content is published as a blog article on the client’s website (CNAME required). Optionally, the same content can also be adapted into social media posts for Facebook, Instagram, and Google, with the goal of driving traffic back to the blog article and amplifying its reach across multiple channels. Every few months, the system refreshes the input data to keep everything aligned with the latest reviews and business updates. This is a big step toward helping you offer not just reputation management, but also automated local SEO content powered by real customer data. 📲 Reminder — Mobile App AMA (Tomorrow) Don’t forget: tomorrow we have a special AMA dedicated to the mobile app service. We’ll show how you can take your SaaS to the next level with your own branded iOS & Android app.

I'm really looking forward to seeing how the GEO agent works, it's a great idea.
Request to enable custom demo client via public access
It would be helpful to allow the insertion of a custom client through public access, so that prospects can better relate to the experience by using familiar or realistic data. This feature wouldn’t require changing the existing demo clients, but simply adding the option to personalize a client while keeping the rest of the demo environment unchanged.

In my opinion, if the customer signs up for a free trial, they will have access to their data within the software. The commitment they made to register will result in a better conversion rate than if they hadn't provided their contact information. It's not certain they'll do so after seeing the demo.
